Lance did a great family home evening on being careful how we talk and being a peacemaker. He had all the kids completely squish out a tube of toothpaste onto a plate and then ask them to put the toothpaste back in.
This was a great object lesson about how when we say things it's difficult to take them back.
We also watched a video of the two ladies totaling their cars after one lady made a small bump on the car door of the other lady. The kids thought it was hilarious. Talk about escalation .
